I have just had the pleasure(

) of the passenger window that refuses to go up. I ordered a new BF from PM,s along with a red button.Got the door panel of & tried to work out what was wrong. Well it wasnt the BF but after many bits of info from the forum I determines that the centre slide had no side part to it allowing the slide to twist out of the runner . I had to take out the slider/motor/cables out. What a job . The new slider wouldnt go on the runner until I bent the top lug out of the way,put the slider on the runner & bent the top lug back. Couldnt see any other way.g

et

ting the cables back on the slider was a bitch of a job but with wifeys help eventually managed.Got the reassembled slider/motor/cables back in the door & with the glass held all the way up finally got the top stud through the hole. Reajusted all the parts back to the original positions & ---it jammed!!!!!!!!!!. Spray grease & slight tweeks & I now have a window that runs as it should. I hate to think how many hours it all took, but I now know the process & what to undo

Congratulations. Getting the windows can be a bitch of a job. I only close the doors gently with the window all the way up or down.
