Thanks, Liverpool Victoria agreed to replace the seals as well this morning without any dramas (just when I was geared up for a fight) so it's back with Autoglass now to order in the A post seals and the corner caps, I've given them the part numbers and the relevant pages from the manual. Until I'm satisfied that they have all the necessary bits to do the job properly I won't leave the car with them.
