I am finding that the window doesn't seal properly, and when opening and closing the door the window rattles.

Should there be any movement on the top rear slider in and out, or is it a fixed item?
I am finding that the window doesn't seal properly, and when opening and closing the door the window rattles.

Should be fixed. Is the rail itself moving?
