If anyone needs a replacement butterfly clip for the door glass I've made a CAD file of it which you can download for free and use to get replacements 3D printed for a few pounds each.
This video explains where to go and what to do:

Best wishes,
Toby

If anyone is interested, Shapeways will make the butterfly clips for $7.28 each. Their price for the paired printing is exactly double the single, so why make more work? Remember, there is shipping and possibly tax to be added to the price.

Fandral,
For the sliders, get in touch with Wayne at
http://www.elanm100.com (he's the post above yours) as I understand he is getting some made and the website says they are coming soon. If you are desperate in the meantime, I could knock you up a CAD model to print in minutes. BUT: mine are all back on the car so someone would have to send me one to take dimensions off; and an injection moulded part will be much better for these than a printed one (smoother surface). So if you can wait for Wayne's that would be better.
Cheers,
Toby

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Toby - I ordered a pair of butterfly clips from Shapeways and they arrived today.
Just need to pluck up the courage to get on with the job now..
After I work through my cambelt change perhaps?

You're a great guy Toby. As an Elan owner of 14 years I would never have had the courage to attack my doors without your videos!
