window motor

my window motor wont go up or down, I have checked for voltage ok up to the motor itself which is ok. When I press the down switch I can hear the relay click but nothing moves......
Anyone have any ideas as I am stripping down the door atm

struggling to get the window out here as its stuck up!!!

well after 8 hurs I managed to get the window out and 2 hours to put it back in again, the motor was jammed up!!
I got it running again and all is as good as new

Persistance is the key here and abit of brute force
