Peco currently only offer a 2.25" exhaust, when you gat a car in it may be worth investigating a 2.5" system, also there may be a market for a sportcat system as we S2 owners and our federal cousins have stricter emmission targets to meet.
BTW one of the big selling points for peco was their exhausts are mandrel bent, I presume you use the same technique to avoid any kinks/narrowings?
Also a fairer and less divisive approach might be to offer a 10% discount for the initial batch of ten, thereby spreading the "free" exhaust amongst those willing to put their money in.

PS The N/A Elan has a different exhaust setup for some reason (so Peco don't supply these either) so again this might be something worth investigating if it's possible to accomodate in a one-size fits all upgrade.
