I have no pics but this is because mine would be so typical of everyone else's and so are irrelevant.
Observations I can make are that:
1. I fixed both of the cables (marked yellow (cross gate) and red (fore/aft) at both ends) into the shift bracket, removed the eyelet connectors from the gearbox ends and wrapped the gearbox ends into a cone of paper (without the ends you can get a much better point which helps in feeding the cables through), I then removed the paper cone, and reattached the connectors to the appropriate lengths to fit the levers.
2. I felt that there was a lot of play in the ball joint of the selector. I wonder if others have thought/found this!
