i put an inline switch to the dash as an override so if / when sitting in traffic i don't have to wait for the car to heat up before fans kicking in .

This too allows me to regularly feed the fans with power to rotate .
Jim Clark S2 - 1/13. The one with the Yellow spoke wheels . No 613 on dash (pushed in to factory in wrong order 615 on tub)

I have that set up in the Black Beastie Clemo. It's great for when you get stuck in town and also on the motorways. You can bring the fans in early before the needle nearly hits off the top of the temp. gauge :?
