dash falling apart

I've finally managed to fabricate and mount the brackets onto the fascia, but I am having a major problem fixing the fascia and instrument binnacle.
I tried to fix the instrument binnacle before I tried to screw in the fascia, but discovered the steering wheel and signal and wiper swithches were in the way, so i ended up removing everything. Then I discovered I can't reach certain areas cos the instrument binnacle was in the way.
So what should be the correct procedure?
Fascia followed by the instrument binnacle? How do we put the binnacle in after we've fixed the fascia? The top opening isn't wide enough...

@bob - the mount marked 'B' is a forked mount which is tightened to a point on the right top hand corner of the dash looking from the front. You should be able to see a threaded rod when the instrument binnacle is removed

The binnacle has 2 pieces, the white instruments and the black surround. 4 (I think) brittle clips and one screw that also holds it to the dash hold them together. I comes out through the face of the dash in 2 parts. Be careful, I lost the pointer for a gauge.

I still haven't got off my fat butt to put it back together. Good Luck.
