I don't really understand when Lotus changed the air circulation four positions knob to the six positions one.
If I read the workshop manual well, the changes appeared in mid 91, but on the other hand I have seen numerous so called 92 or 93 Élan featuring a four positions knob (all these do have the climate control, too, and are european cars)
Not that it's extremely important, but I'm just wondering whether it is possible that the cars I have seen have been build in 90/91 and sold only later?
