Seat belt recepticals

Postby LotusEnthusiast » Mon 22.06.2015, 20:38

I'm looking for a seat belt receptical that will work with my existing seat belts. The plastic parts are broken/cracked up. The passengers side is really bad so if I could just get one that would be nice. If one of you guys have a spare that would be great!

If you don't have any luck sourcing the original parts I've used some from a Mercedes E320 (plenty on eBay). The buckle fits in the receptacle just fine - you might have to modify the bolt hole. They have the advantage of being made with wire cable instead of the flat metal bar so they are a bit more flexible.

I have the same problem but couldn't find anything suitable on eBay. Any chance of posting a link to one so I know what i'm looking for. Thanks.

My wife's just divorced me because I wouldn't open the car door for her!
To be fair I panicked and swam straight for the surface.

How ironic. I stood on mine yesterday (don't ask!) and broke some of the plastic surround. I only hope I managed to retrieve it all.

Not sure if you're asking me but if you are something like this could work.

Thanks guys! I'll see if the E320 ones work. Unless tb10 can find some in his parts bin.
