It strikes me that the design of th "hinge" (if you can call it that) it spectacularly.....er....rubbish.
Just a single piece of very thin plastic, I'm going to design & print a stiffener for this area, yes it could be done with a simple piece of sheet aluminium, but something that closely matches the original colour will be nicer......
Watch this space for updates....and a potential group buy of a reinforcement/repair piece.
