The boost guage may be perfectly situated for our continental cousins, but I find it to be too far out of the field of view and away from the rev counter to be useful. Yesterday while accelerating hard, but concentrating on controlling boost creep, I almost ran into the back of the car that I was supposed to be overtaking!
It's difficult to keep your eye on the road, rev counter AND boost gauge when everything is happening so quickly.
