what type of thread is? I tried with M10 nuts (M10x1, M10x1,5) without finding the right one! is it an english thread?

Sorry i can`t help on the thread side
IIRC Most aftermarket gear knobs don`t have a thread anyway and it`s the grub screw that keeps them in position.
