The 'accuracy' or otherwise can be affected by tyre pressures and tread depth (as well as obvious size differences).
I found thet mine was about 4mph out at 50 mph, but by removing and replacing the needle on the speedo, I have now got it at 49mph on satnav whilst indicating 50 (dead on at 30, and 2 out at 70) - so the 'accuracy' appears linearly inconsistant (if that makes sence).

Is there a fix for this?

15", 16" or 17" wheels all have the same profile, no one puts bigger wheels and bigger tyres on an Elan.Blue_Bullet wrote:Mine always says I am going faster than i am!makes my 0 - 60 times quicker lol and maybe saves me from the cameras!
Putting bigger wheels on would ?
1:) Make it look like you are going faster?
