dashboard turning up!!!!

hi peeps happy new year to you all was wondering if there was anyone out there who have any suggestions to the common problem of the dashboards which seem to turn up at the base of the centre console, its beginning to annoy me as i have spent a lot of money on the car last year, going to get it retrimmed this year but not to sure what we can all do about this short of putting a new dash in it which i,m pretty sure are not available.......
