Carpet supplier in US?

I have a carpet set which really needs replacing - any recommendations for anyone who can supply a set? I have oatmeal, but am thinking about changing to grey...

On the subject of changing the carpets, what are the dimensions of closed cell foam I would need to replace the sound deadening material?
