I want to upgrade the seats in my car, something that will not further reduce the interior space available though as I am large.
The factory US seats are quite unsupportive, not to mention they seem to wear quickly something I don't like.
Any suggestions on good easy-fitting aftermarket seats?
Thanks.

I installed some Momo GT RS seats (I think Marie has the same seats) and have really been impressed with them. They are fairly narrow, however, so may not be the best for those with a waist over 34". Momo (and others) make plenty of options, though. You just want to watch how wide the shoulder braces are as they may touch the doors. Mine are close. The Momos will require custom brackets, but nothing I couldn't make with some "L" shaped metal pieces from Home Depot. If you want the seat to still slide, you may have a little more work to do.
Check about 1/2 way down on this page for a pic of them installed.
