Lotus Elan Central

Hi,

I just took off the standard SE/S2 steering wheel and installed a Nardi steering wheel to my S2, using the existing standard SE/S2 boss.

In short, I confirm that if one would like to install a Nardi steering wheel to the existing steering wheel boss, it can be done. Very straight forward.

Is it my eyes or is the bottom picture showing the wheel as being flat? :shock:

Yet in the other pics its round?? :shock:

I had to go upstairs and check mine. Its round.
I must get my eyes tested.

Can anyone else confirm the Nardi wheel is flat at the bottom, as mine isn't

I think you'll find nardi make more than one steering wheel...
this is a 'new' one.......not the one from the s2 if thats what you mean....
in thinking we could all be at cross purposes thats not an original lotus elan wheel....

an updated photo (I affixed a genuine Lotus horn stick on top of the Nardi horn push.) It works out well.
