I bought mine S/H from a forum member, they wern't old, and didn't leak or look like they were in bad condition, but for peace of mind (and a known starting point of reference) I sent them back for a re-build. I got them back a week later and the cost was about a hundred quid for all 4.

That's good to hear, does the car handle any better?
