Hi friends ,
After several researches in the opel forum I discovered there are many people who upgrade the front brakes with the following Material:
Front discs 280mm 4 stud - Opel Meriva
Front calipers 288mm - Opel Calibra Turbo
Someone has already tried this assembly on lotus with 15" wheels ?
Cheers

Hi,
I believe the caliper mounting bracket is in a slightly different place on the Elan, so you may find those parts do not align correctly. Whether a shim may correct this is something I cannot answer.
After some research, it was found that Vectra V6 calipers work with Subaru disks. The disks are actually 5 stud so need to be re-drilled for 4. These also need shims for the calipers & sleeves for the disks.
