Dave,

Your service is amazing - I paypal-ed the money one day and the fasteners and shortshift were here within a couple of days! Long live LEC and people like you willing to put all this effort in. Thanks!

I've just got to fit the thing now!

Dave, please put me down for a set if there is enough interest for another batch. Once again, my lack of time for the site bites me in the butt! Wish I had come across this earlier...

For all those looking for replacements for the 4 rubber bushes, I had a number of solid mounts made a while back and was going to make my own version of a short-shift. However my first prototype didn't work all that great and it was trouble to get installed if not done just right (it was @ the lever end similar to Kev H's). Now that there are options out there, I'll focus on those who may want the solid shifter mounts.
Rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated.

From Whitley Bay - I would think so.

Was that a LEC administrator trying to get one on the cheap for £16?

Dave, any chance of making the fitting instructions available?

I may be so astounded at how simple it is to fit that I buy one off you.

Dave, not that I want this to be an "offical" list or that I'm suggesting you drop all plans for the weekend but............

Here's who seems to have indicated that they'd be interested in this mod if you were doing another run (not that I'm trying to put words in anyone's mouths - or my fingers on your keyboard as it were):

ME
Darren
markv
Dave M
discovery
DAdragna
Doc Fizzix
geoffsmith (if its easy to install  )

That's 8................enough to consider another run if everyone confirmed their interest ??????

Dave,

I'd like to be on the "official" list if or when it becomes official!

Cheers!
