Many thanks, BCN. As usual, going above and beyond to take the pics. Appreciate it.

I will try it again, ensuring the board is pressed all the way down. I believe I did that, but will triple check.
Will report an update.

Update: removed the ECU/ECM again, and followed Alan's very good instructions, with an extra emphasis this time on popping in the moats board into the slot that the memcal used to sit in. With some extra force.

Like others, I simply did not push hard enough. (For installing the chip, that is.)
I thought it was in the first two times. Wrong.

This time, it truly popped in, solid and secure.
Reconnected the battery, tightened up the ecm in the car, started it, and no CEL.
Went for a test drive. Wow! Definitely feel the extra boost.

And this is off a less-than-stellar 2" exhaust system. (Just ordered from PNM a new 2.25" system.

All works great. Car seems to have welcomed the additional power.
Thank you, Alan. And BCN. You were very patient on the phone yesterday.

Now it's into ordering some new wheel bolts.

Your PNM Cybox system will also give you better flow and a helluva lot better sound :burnout:

PS Just remember though that with the Everest and a bigger bore exhaust you may end up having to port the wastegate
