Aah, I'm with you now, and there's unlikely to be an alternative this side of the pond. You could try places like rock auto in the States.

Alan Voigts, gearbox specialists, use Vauxhall Insignia M62 Six speed drive shaft seals on the M100 gearbox.

Part Number: GM 12755013

Similar in price to the ones SJ Sportscars sell but available at your local Vauxhall/Opel dealer, so no shipping.

91 Lotus Elan SE Turbo
07 Megane CC
06 Alfa Romeo Brera

If you can't be a good example, then you might as well be a terrible warning

There are a whole host of cross references for the part here- it appears to be an extremely common part on many GM cars of the vintage (Mainly USA market).

If you look for an Impulse part, bear in mind that the Left and Right for that car are different, and that you need one listed for the left side!

Our old friends at Rock Auto have a selection of suitable items priced between £2.42 and £4.07 (SKF part), but if that is all you need, then it's not worth the postage.

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually.....

go on - click this link - you know you want to!
