Clutch cable

Postby prsloper » Tue 10.12.2024, 13:22

Hi

I need to change my clutch cable I have tried in the pass but was unable to remove it from the bulkhead/ fire wall. Do I just pull it from the inside of the car???

i have a vague recollection thats howi removed it.

the harder part was feeding the new one from the inside of the car. it kept getting caught on the structure.

i would strongly suggest you attach a rope (or if possible also expandable tube like this)

to the cables before pulling them out so that routing the new one in can be a bit easier.

you just want the hose to serve as guidance for the new cables. so they dont get caught in whatever is inside that channel
