And how about CV joint boots?

While getting to my horn this morning, I found a failed outer CV boot (what a mess!). I read the split boot repair posting on the Elan site, but it looks ugly, and I would imagine the inner boot is not far from failing as well. Are there rebuilt half shafts units available for an Elan?
