Inner CV boot

I need to change one of my CV boots. It is the left inner one. Can anyone tell me a part number for this please? Is there any opel (Vauxhall) equivalent?

Hi, i've never had to do this yet but....if you follow this link which is part of the LEC website - it gives you a cross reference for parts http://www.gglotus.org/ggpart/m100xref.htm

being as the CV joint joins onto the engine, and the engine is an Isuzu - it is quite possible that there is no GM part - hence the cross reference refers you to the Isuzu Impulse.

A good place to go to is http://www.rockauto.com they're based in America and a lot of people use them as have I, - delivery is pretty fast and with the Euro:Dollar exchange rate - the parts are reasonable - if your Elan is an SE Turbo - then you need to ensure you are looking at the Isuzu Impulse RS with the Turbo Engine http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,carco ... You can also get split boots which will save you having to split the CV joint - in the repairs section of LEC there is a section on it.
