Clicking Noise on Full Right Lock

After fitting AP brakes on front of my S2, there is a clicking noise on full right lock but not on left lock

There are no clearance issues and car has completed only only 6,500 kilometers, so assume drive shaft joints are ok

Any body experienced this and any ideas before i resort to a workshop for help

Which side of the car?
Have you checked the hoses clear on full lock?

Also I think that with the AP kit and some of the others the disc to hat/bell bolts run very close to the hub carrier caliper bracket and I think others have taken a small amount off this bracket to increase/allow clearance.
I am just modifiying a setup to remove this issue by fitting HT hexbolts in from the inside face as the head is thinner and using K nuts on the outside face.

Yes you're right Bob, a small amount of grinding is required. Don't know why it should happen more on full lock. sounds more like a hose catching to me

It could be the CV joint, unlikely but still possible. Try full lock in reverse (after checking the other items first). If the clicking is more noticeable than full lock forward AND you have confirmed that nothing is rubbing or touching I would begin to suspect a CV joint.

Ground away some more of the uprights and no catching!!

Now under heavy cornering left or right, on near full lock,noise like a tyre rubbing coming from both sides (car is standard)

Anymore ideas please?
