Just go with John's. I can highly recommend them and its something I should have done when I first bought the car but left it until one of the last jobs. Much much better than the originals. Not that difficult to fit either.

I really don't mind you not buying my kit, but you are kidding yourself if you think the shifting on a stock M100 is decent. My 100E anglia had a better shifting feel than my M100 did.
