During my regular annual service the garage checks the car over fits any upgrades and identifies wearing parts and I normally obtain (in stock) when required. This year they have said that the RH drive shaft has some wear, I'm keen to have some replacements when required and the two parts I need are A100F6033F and A100R6006S. Cannot find at SJ but thought these would be a available or are they refurbished?
Thanks

The question is: Are the shafts worn or is the bearing sloppy. More inspection is needed as replacing the bearing is a lot less expensive than replacing everything.

Good to have a garage that checks thoroughly.
Which bit do they think is worn?
The splines on the drive shafts are a loose fit from new, add to that a bearing that wears out (as John mentioned), and a very short stub on the splined inner joint and the play in the joint..... The whole lot flaps about in the wind when off load.
Unless your car is high milage ie 150k you most likely only need to replace the bearing which is good for about 60k miles - The bearing you need is 6206 2rs there are also 2 lip seals in the bearing housing but they are probably good to go again one is an odd size.
The bearing is a common issue.

Thanks for the bearing information I'll look into the problem and hopefully it's just the bearing as the car has done 75K
