Gear shift hardware questions

I recently bought a 1991 SE Turbo and am going round the car doing various things that are in need of TLC. The car has a very sloppy gear selection which I have managed to track down to the cable/selector mechanism on the gearbox. Someone has replaced the pin - A100F6114S - with a nut and bolt, the nut and bolt is loose and causes most of the slop.

I have some machining skills and could make a pin as per PN A100F6114S - described as a pivot pin if I had some dimensions. I'm thinking that if the bolt has caused wear I can compensate in making a size specific to my car. As a starting point would anyone know the approx sizes, diameter and length. And are there any plastic/nylon bushes involved in locating the pin as I can make those too.

Here's a photo of what should be there, looks like there a nylon bush at each end of the pin, and it's held in by a circlip. BTW Ignore the green arrow:
