Am I right to assume that even despite all the work they have done it will still register as a Cat C ? If so who's going to shell out that kind of cash ?

Away from the database chipp. But I was thinking the same but I seem to remember another that was around a few months back . In not the best condition ( though no way bad) it was through a dealer but not guys Will check upon my return

You are correct chip , though it being sold through canley car sales through me off the scent .
It appears to have gone up by 1 owner and 1000 miles .
