1991 Lotus Elan SE turbo (112,812 miles)

Calypso red, black and red striped leather seats, red carpets

Owned 12.5 years since October 2003 – 3 former owners
Full/comprehensive service history – Lotus dealerships and independent Lotus specialists
Last serviced – Dec 2015 New MOT - to 17 Dec.2016
New cambelt, water pump, idlers, tensioners, PAS and alternator belts fitted. Coolant flushed and changed - Dec. 2015
Hood treated with black Renovo reviver – Sept 2015

The above list is only a small indication of the works carried out or parts replaced. A comprehensive service history and petrol consumption spreadsheets (mean >30 mpg over 45,400 miles) can be provided to prospective purchasers

In addition, the car has had regular, yearly services. All receipts for work, MOT’s, tax discs, owners handbook (23 stamps) etc.. will be supplied to the new purchaser
Finance and accident free, mileage verification etc.. – written HPI check report supplied to the new purchaser

The car is over 25 years old and wear and tear are commensurate with a vehicle of this age

I've moved on from 7 speed gearboxes this year. It's now LPG conversions :wink:

I'd be really interested in the LPG conversion. As I have fitted Wilwood front and PNM rear calipers the spare wheel will no longer fit, so I don't carry it! That gives me an ideal place to put the LPG tank.

Please keep me (and all of us) posted on your progress. I already have, like you, an LPG sticker, so am well ready for the conversion. Hope to get a positive reply this morning: no rush then :D :D

Given the provenance, it should sell quickly.

(It will be missed at Silverstone Classic ;) )

Sad that you've sold Rambo, Rambo, but Simon now has a well cared-for car. If the number plate has stayed with the car, it is all going to get very confusing.

Can we now Look forward to an argument about who is the real Rambo?
