Bedford is classed as one of the safest tracks in the UK, so it`s ideal for beginners. The Link below is from LoT circuit guide, there`s also a video on there too.

configurations. Nowhere in the world can such a variety of tracks be enjoyed at one site.
Palmer loves his cars and his driving, and it shows in the circuit layouts he has designed. A wonderful variety of corners include exhilarating high speed sweeps, S bends, slalom sections and hairpins. It's all there to be mastered at Bedford Autodrome. Safety though has been a paramount consideration. With no motor racing taking place, there is no requirement for Armco barriers to protect spectators, so wide run off areas abound.
The circuit has been engineered to incorporate latest construction principles and materials, and uses a low noise stone mastic asphalt surface to the highest tolerances of smoothness.
Circuit Dimensions:
West Circuit. Length 1.7 miles. Width 15 and 12 metres
South Circuit. Length 1.3 miles. Width 10 metres
North Circuit. Length 0.67 miles. Width 10 metre
East Circuit. Length 0.73 miles. Width 10 metres
Gran Turismo Circuit. Length 3.6 miles. Width 15, 12 and 10 metres

See you there.
I'll have my video with me so should be able to capture you if you get in front of me
I always bring spare front disks and pads (highspec billet 4's).
It's a safe track, but I note that there are quite a few novices for both track days and bedford.
Make sure you have your full licence (both parts) if a photo licence and a helmet if you have one. Bedford are strict!

Hi, do either of you have a roll bar or other track kit fitted? If so I might come along and have a look, if that's ok?
Cheers,
Bob

Monty (Jay) has a rollbar and harness's fitted, I think Nick may have a rollbar too (?).
Monty set off at 3pm. He had a 3 hour drive so he's staying overnight.
4+ hours stuck in a damp bucket seat with a mad Irishman at the wheel - Deep joy!!!!
