I have just got home from castle Combe and rushed in to see what track action was caught on my keyring cam and.....nothing  , I had attached it to the rear bumper and before going on track pressed the record button and everything looked good :(

Right, I've been fidling, and it is quite easy to set up a laptop with USB input from Elanscan and 2 video cams - that means that there is less of a restriction on video times, and you can see from inside what is being recorded (not sure if i can integrate it so that elanscan shows on final video, or if i can superimpose it using Camtasia???)

Just need a couple of longer camera leads to make it a better setup.

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it

go on - click this link - you know you want to!

just a word of warning, it's tempting, because the cameras are so cheap, to go cheap with the SD cards, big mistake. I bought a couple of ebay specials, 4GB on the packet actually only 2GB useable

More practical design of cheap cam. Possibly? with fittings + charge/video at the same time!

Worth a punt?

Worth a punt? + 4Gb card

Worth a punt? + 8Gb card
