Tiff Needle is giving some advice for wanabee track day participants :-D

essentially this

don't go out on the track and try to be schuy take it easy and try and drive smoothly.

increase speed out of corners not during corners and brake later and later into corners as you gain confidence.

Sit closer to the steering wheel to gain more control (didn't get that) and keep hold of the wheel at the spokes crossing arms as necessary. When at the right position in the car you should be able to flop your whole hand over the top rim of the steering wheel (if that makes sense :? )

6 laps and off (presumably depends on the track) to let the car cool down (didn't mention a cool down lap!! or for that matter a warm up lap) - don't put the handbrake on after coming into the pits if you don't want to boil your brake fluid.

Thats about it i think. Tiff was doing this inconjuntion with giving the new Audi A3 a spin round Brands.
