Hi All,

So, apart from Martin not seeing / replying / logging onto the forum / making his mind up - :poke: - everyone appears to be happy with moving this to a Wednesday night so shall we say next Wednesday as Joao suggests above - the 17 October 2018?

regards

John

As a rule I can't make Wednesdays but by some sort of weird stroke of planet alignment, I will probably be free this month.

ok guys we stick to wednesday this time, and we can discuss there how to proceed in future.

I usually have every day free, but by some inverse plannet alighnemtn. the forthnightly jam session we do at work was postponed for a week, being the event on wednesdays.. but although i enjoy the event. i have literally zero knowledge of music, therefore the guys there probably are better off without me borrowing the drums for the sake of having a laugh

OK team. Good evening; thank you all.

And please remember one and all to place your orders for Xmas dinner so we can be allowed by the landlord to actually give him some money (what a surreal conversation that was...) Don't be shy now - all welcome!

Without upsetting/putting off anyone who is looking forward to this event - what date is the Christmas meal???

(again, no promises - but I was thinking BOLLECKS to the West Midlands..... depending on dates..... as my brother has just (last weekend) relocated back to Oldbury, so an overnight stay is now far more possible than having to sleep in the van).

Thank you both for the date, and especially John for the useful info and kind offer..... (In fairness, Joao is a programmer, and answered my question according to the parameters requested.... whilst John knew what information I needed, and answered accordingly - so both were 100% correct  )

..... I will speak to the Director of Household Management when she finishes work and see what she says - if we both come, we'll go up and back in the day, but if on my own, I may stay over at brothers house.... or we may take dogs with us and both stay over.... ahh, decisions, decisions.
