Sorry everyone, we made is as far as Havant but then I could smell a strong hot brake smell. We got out and it smelled like the nsr wheel, so we turned back. Didn't smell when we got back. Hope you all have a great time. R&M

Sorry I couldn't get there tonight - didn't get back home until after 9pm so couldn't face the drive. Looking forward to a report on what was covered tonight. :gathering:  :drunk:

one of the conversations was about my shingles! this is what I looked like a few weeks ago - not pretty - 2 or 3 rounds with Tyson

Thanks Martin, I've ear marked the ADAC web page for later on in the year. you reckon the 80 euro one is the one to go for?

CG's now installed, no plroblems. Had to laugh as i thought i'd check the other 2 i had originally fitted and the one on the Elan broke  The little cam fell off in my hand. Fixed it but it would have fallen off for sure the next time i used it so just as well i checked.

Good turnout last night

Lotus(Nick)
Nick(ydee)*
Chris
Deirdre
Nige* - good to see your face again
Tony
Martin*
me

I was sans Elan - just back on the road today (Thu) and it passed the MOT - usual moaning about the brakes from the tester...)

Conversation ranged over a variety of topics, especially health (must be an age thing) ;)

Kitty - er, there was no kitty

Hope you get yours fixed up Rob - see you soon
