Chris normally starts stacking his plate about 8pm and by 8.10 pm, has usually vacated the buffet area leaving the rest of us to fight over what's left

..and I'll have the yorkshire pudding if there's only 1 left. ;)

I like yorkshires but they take up too much room on the plate for what is essentially air!

Is it socially acceptable to carry Yorkshire pudding back to the table in your mouth?

For the sake of posterity, here's the turnout from Wednesday:-

2 Elans*, 1 Esprit+, all Red

It was a good evening (and my first experience in c. 9 years of being early to a get-together  , as well as the carvery). Brian was grateful we didn't cast him out for not owning an Elan, and is hoping to come along again.

Chris,

Thanks for organising the Xmas event. Jen will start hunting down stylish crackers soon,

(have you stipulated that we want the crackers from H+C with the odd, misshapen weirdly coloured lumps of plastic within?) ;)

Cheers

Guys

Anybody going tomorrow or have you all been overwhelmed by the excitement of the Christmas Menu choice. :poke:

I am hoping to make it but am in Cambridgeshire all day so it will be traffic dependant.

Cheers
