they arnt called band widdows for nothing! Kims fairly okish with it, last year was a mare as we did the following

plus a s**t load of concerts. busiest year by far for me nearly pushed me to giving up but its wierd how its nearly impossible to pack it in, as im sure you find even when you do you get roped into all sorts!

I sat bumper up to wilky in the early days at fodens as we were the 'team' at wingates......then for a while with russel gray....best mates with alan wycherley, alan morrison, gary cutt,....
hey the list goes on.....I always reckon that its who you know rather than what......
once youre in youre in....but its deffo hard to give up......hey Ive been at it for 34 years.....

The Carriage House Inn, on the A62 at Marsden, could be worth considering.

Guest Ales, bar meals and best of all a massive car park, at least by the looks of it.

That route sounds god to me, could someone more yocal plan the exact roads as i just go and find my way back if that makes sense.

dont worry about it!!! its only minor in the scheme of things, i just have to be carefull going over speed bumps as the bumper isnt held on as secure as it could be!

What's goin on 'ere then..
plagiarists! I am offline for a couple of weeks (a virus and pneumonia - still not recovered) and what happens...you all plan a meet!

I have been trying to round up the likes of Dico, Monty, Marcus, Nicowalker1, Intikin, Addict, and erm..Oh yes Elanman for a few months now, but it's like trying to herd cats.

Great idea, I am all for it, but we need to make everyone in the area interested ...and in the winter not many people want to go to meets etc. So I was thinking of leaving it until warmer days are upon us.

But if people wanna do it then great.

As for location of meet...we need to get an idea of who wants to come and then kinda find a geographic centre I suppose.

Unless we want to just be selfish ..I am happy with saddleworth area since I am only 5 minutes from saddleworth moor!


Plus I have the details of the Norlog Run for that area!!

Perhaps we should re-name the thread to get more interest..as A Northwest\Northeast meet and run.
