Spiced Chicken Liver and Brandy Parfait with Pear and Apple Chutney, warm Brioche Toasts, Mixed leaves £4.95

Goat’s cheese and fresh herb samosa with a basil dressing £4.40

Miniature tarts of braised oxtail with a mustard dressing and salad garnish £5.50
