As it's looking like a consensus, I've taken the liberty of editing Phils first post to reflect the current arrangements - i suppose we should have a list.....

Hawbridge Inn at 2000 hrs (GL19 4HJ)

1) Nobby
2) Geoff (a5gcd)
3) Pinky
4) Will (madbilly)
5) Pete (epipete)
6) John (fredjohn)
7)

And to keep it a bit simple for us Southerners - 7.15pm at Michealwood Northbound services? (37 minutes from destination according to Google maps)
Dave

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it

...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?

Sorry but I can't make this one as I have to be in Oxford until quite late.

I was looking forward to trying a new pub, let me know what it is like for car club meetings, please.

Unfortunately I can no longer make it either. Dropped at bit of a *****ly: Thursday 25th is my partner's birthday :bonk: : I doubt she would be too amused if I announced I/we were going to an Elan owners meeting that night!!

Was looking forward to meeting a few people too: maybe try again in November...

Well, no feeble excuses from me  although I may not be in the Lotus (having still got large holes in the outriggers awaiting welding hopefully next week) on the other hand if its dry ....!

Is everyone else still up for this at Michealwood and then on?

I'll see you there, Michaelwood isn't really on the way (I only live a few miles away from the inn). I'll probably eat beforehand, is that the usual way of things?

Pete,

I'm still aiming at being at the services for the alloted time, to leave there somewhere around 7.15ish

Will,

Eat when you like mate! If i have time before i go I'll eat, otherwise i might have to have a soup-in-a-basket from the bar

Dave, I didn't know if I was expected to turn up my best dinner suit or not!

The pub does decent priced tasty unfancy grub from what I recall.

Well, you've probably talked me into it - I'm not likely to finish work until 6ish, Mrs P is working until 10, so it makes sence to eat out

and to answer your PM, I'll be in the blue one!

I'm up for some pub grub, but may have start without you as I'm booked in for a blood test first thing. Poor planning :s

Fortunately I can get them both in. I have just got to put the Elan in backwards so that can open both driver's doorsinto the middle.

What time do you plan to be there until. I would like to meet up but am busy until al least 2100 in Worcester so assume 2145 would be the earlist I could get there.

Good to put a few faces to names the other night, good to see you all, when's the next one? Wasn't there talk of a festive meal in the next month or so?
