Smoked salmon & prawns with horseradish cream & lime vinaigrette served with brown bread & butter

Christmas Evening Main Course
Traditional roast turkey served with honey roast parsnips, sprouts, carrots, roast potatoes, green beans, stuffing & pigs in blankets
Ginger beer & tangerine glazed ham served with herby mashed potatoes & seasonal vegetables
Mushroom & squash Wellington served with honey roast parsnips, sprouts, carrots, roast potatoes, green beans & stuffing (v)
Spiced cod loin with lemon & dill infused potatoes & festive vegetables
Pork loin with Dauphinoise potatoes served with silverskin onions, soya beans & asparagus with a cider sauce
