http://forums.seloc.org/showevent.php?eid=3338
If you're not on SELOC and plan to come, please let me know before Monday as they get very busy so need to make sure we book a big enough table for food.

This Saturday (6th) looks like it's going to be a sunny day if anyone is up for an impromptu get-together.

I see CL don't meet at the Compass any more - they've moved to The Bull at Hinton. Last time I was in there, they had a St Trinians fancy dress night........

Anyway, they seem to be having some interesting talks: http://www.ferraritestarossa.net/clublotus/

Sorry its a bit short notice but there's a good little meet in Bristol tomorrow , its a regular meet every second Sunday of each month
located in Queens square near the harbour side and there's a good selection of coffee shops to get a drink and walk around some great cars , its open to anyone and there a really friendly bunch with a good range of motors randomly parked up

This is the official club site http://www.avenuedriversclub.co.uk/
Some pics here from last month http://www.avenuedriversclub.co.uk/

There was a Red S2 that turned up after I had left a while back , no idea if it was anyone from her ? ,

Weather looks OK tomorrow so I'm hoping to be down there 9.30-10.00

Classics in Queen Square again tomorrow but also the added bonus of Italian Car Day at the M-Shed nearby from 10.00am
There were a couple of Lotus cars on show last month even a NMY Elan as well as mine
Also there will be a charity tunnel run from the square , which is always good fun if you dont get lost as I always seem too

Well, It's time to have another of our (not very) well-attended and extremely (ir)regular regional meetings :D

I now have the window strips, so am ready to attend a suitable place to transfer a pair to Geoff and Adam, along with some other parts for onward transfer to wherever....

That said, this week isn't good for me (off to Cornwall for a few days), but any time after Sunday is okay, until next weekend when it's the Classic Restoration Show at Bath & West, then i think I'm all clear :D

I'm not sure when Adam is around, but a meeting around Chepstow might be okay for everyone - and maybe even the 'bloke from the valleys' may be tempted to turn up :?

Well seeing as it looks like tomorrow may be the last day of the summer short wearing season, how about lunch tomorrow? Assuming Adam and Nobby are working, it'll just be the 2½ pensioners. The Star Inn at High Littleton BS39 6HX has good reviews, is approximately equidistant and is just over the road from the Funky Puppet Theatre....

What time do you call lunch-time? - being a brummy, I have breakfast, dinner and tea!

(but assuming you mean dinner time, "I'm free!")
