Eh up folks.
Are we deciding on a date and venue then?
Anyone else thinking of going to the Cheese Rolling event in Gloucestershire later in the month (26th)?

Men are like a fine wine.
They begin as grapes, and it's up to women to stomp the sh * t out of them until they turn into something acceptable to have dinner with.

The 18th May meet is NOT an East Mids meet but a GST/CL meet. Do not confuse the two - (I'm sure rip wasn't!).
Do please arrange an East Mids meet with the Northern Trucker in mind

Thats my boy
I'm at the Ashby Follvile car and bike show this Tuesday with the big footed builder acting as chaufeur.
How about the following Tuesday for either an East mids meet, or a curry?
Make hay whilst the sun shines!

Dico - Hope you enjoy Ashby, it's becoming a very popular event with lots of interesting motors!
I should be free next Tues (20th). Will keep an eye on this thread (or the new one, if one appears)

Josler cant make 20th so Stef goes for 20th
I may be able to make 27th (subject to work and surviving Castle Combe). Sort the venue and I'll update the thread title

Quite

I wouldn't bother looking for any other East Mids meet threads. If they appear they'll be locked by a mod quite quickly. We were told that while you were away.

We should be trying to accomodate the members who attend regulary & then if the oddments wish to attend one or two, they are more than welcome. Venues as i see it are either The Woolpack at Islip, The Crown at Elton, or the pub we had our last sunday meet in, that one by the river ?, unless anyone has any other suggestions.
