I am afraid due to work commitments, I wont make it tonight.
Shame as no doubt it be the once a year "In the garden" meeting.
Have fun all.

Good to see you again Dave, but I still don't believe that the garden exists - I haven't seen it in my 11 years of meetings!
I'm sure we all have a low expectation that you'll ever return

Keep the faith Mark....the garden does exist
The exalted leaders allowed me access last night, it's only taken 6 years!
Dave, great to meet you again, love the Evora and pleased to see it's being properly used
See you all soon
David

Which way did you go home Jim? The A31 was shut and said "follow the diversion signs". Well I didn't see any diversion signs and ended up in Guildford before coming back to Farnham and then going via Aldershot!

Yes, good outing. Tried and failed to post a photo (too many pixels apparently)
Mark, you need to go to specsavers
it was the A331 that was closed - the exit ramp from the A31 was blocked off and a diversion (fully signposted) set up via Tongham.
Hopefully, we'll meet again next month for more old codger dialogue..

Oh well, just didn't spot the sign, but anyway it was good to have a longer run in the Elan.

You may have missed the signs because you were going too fast. The diversion was unpleasant ~ you would have had a nicer drive.

I've been caught with that road closure a few times and it's fecking annoying. It's always when I'm on my way back from miles away, knackered, and all I want to do is get home.
Unlikely for tonight guys, sorry.
Could the 'Hokey-Cokey' actually be what it's all about?

Well, I suppose I'll be on the 'old' category.
See you there, prolly in the MX-5 as the Elan leaks like a very rusty sieve (at the moment)
Cheers
