I'm sure they'd be welcome - we're getting good at organising stuff (probably the best!) and the more the merrier.
I don't get chance to pop onto either site much anymore due to pressures of work.
Rip, do you know if they've already got something sorted for the Friday?
If not, they'd do well to beat what we're up to. So would you like to extend the invite and perhaps post a few names etc in the Gupta thread?

I have not kept up very well with their threads on this, but it looks like they are hooning up on Saturday afternoon.

I will have a look.

Rippers is generally right but some are staying over Friday night. I'll post something on LEF today unless one of you beats me to it ( which I doubt  )

Dave, would it be worth mentioning about the Saturday night too?

There - done it  Oh you mean on LEF - yeah OK, but I think I saw they had something arranged. Leave it with me and I'll get back to you.

I have noticed the lack of response on LEF.

Ok, i'll call the pub tomorrow to let them know we are coming. i'll see if we can get the same room as last time. I'll also check out taxis, see if i can get the mini bus like last year.

I'll book for 12, although only ten for taxi and 11 for meal just in case.

We seem to be having a bit of an arguement at present as some of us would rather have steak and chips but others want a Curry. It's never easy as we have such a variety of people from Elan like drivers to more up market people like myself....

CJ, Rip and Dave Eds you have PM's

I'm in the process of booking taxis for the evening meal. I can get a 8 seater minibus if we need it. The idea is that we will pick up and drop off at the HIE and the TL. Pickup time will be approx 7pm and drop off approx 11pm. Can you please let me know if you want a taxi asap!

I have booked the restaurant for 12 in the same room as last year which can take upto 20. If there are any others who would like to join us please let me know asap if they will need a taxi.

Cheers Chris

At the moment there are 8 people requiring a taxi to the pub and 9 returning. I have booked the minibus (8 people max) for the trip there and back - overall cost £30. The trouble is on the way back they will need to have a car for one person at a cost of £10.

Rip can you give Dave Eds a lift back if no one else joins us? This would help to rationalise the situation.

Cheers Chris
