Ah Neil, see what you mean now, yes your right, the seat in there at that time did have a red stripe, but its not my seat, it was one that was loaned to me, so i could have mine recovered.

Managed to get the seats in today, & the handbrake & gearstick gaitor, although not happy with the gearstick one, it needs a small metal sleeve under the JPS gearknob, ordered it this afternoon, should be here next week.

So whats left ?, well door cards have got to come off again to install new pockets & got the upper & lower leather bits to stick on the doors cards. Cars going back to GST Performance in couple of weeks, to have a small oil leak fixed on one of the oil cooler pipes, some new seals & couple of other small jobs. Hopefully, the decals will be fitted next week ?, & thats basically it, although i have got the wilwood brakes coming. Really want to have some fun with it this year ( get some driving in ! ), which gives me time to plan phase 2 :!:

Paul, that really is looking the biz and you were totally right about the the black and gold seats, they fit perfectly. Look forward to seeing it for real at some stage, a real testament to your efforts.

Nige, i thought long & hard about the seats & it was really the women at lotus who sold the idea to me, & they were right, they turned out just fine. Look forward to seeing you soon.
