2011 Car Targets

Postby Steve A » Mon 20.12.2010, 17:01

 Hope the wife doesn't see this, her list would be very different

1. A new Roof
2. New Hi Spec Rear Callipers (useable and not leaking)
3. Suspension
4. Upgrade gear change cables
5. Samco hoses
6. New Ali Rad
7. Nardi Steering wheel
8. Rear wish bones
9. Sort the waste gate
10. Pair of S2000 seats in black

There that should give me something to do for next year and beyond, that's just see how we go
If anyones got some of this stuff kicking around the back of their garage I would be more than happy to relieve them of it

1) new tyres (Kumho Ecsta XS)
2) refinish wheels whilst replacing tyres
3) respray the "ouch" on the front bumper
4) install the new steering rack to end the dribbles
5) decide whether to fit the GAZ dampers gathering dust in the closet
6) drive it more than 1000 miles next year!

Mine is waaay too long to get finished but here goes.

1) repair front top shell, hood and front bumper cover, paint same (Spring)
2) Install Quaife
3) replace and mod clutch cable, half the travel is spent compressing the rubbers..
4) Move pedals around so I can heal and toe this car
5) Some kind of steering wheel
6) Engine rebuild with head studs and O rings
7)T Bird comp upgrade
8) MegaSquirt
9) larger injectors
10) Duel port wastgate
11) Refinish stock wheels and replace tires OR new 17" Wheels and new tires.
12)PCS dash logger with 4 chanel EGT, G Sensor, Boost Controller
13 Rebuild, refinish front and rear suspension.

Now I just need the urge to go out in the cold and get started!

I've got a 2011 car target for you all. Get out a bit more and enjoy driving your car. It's much more fun outside the garage than in it :!: :!: ;-) ;-)

I've already failed in my 2011 target :(

I wanted to drive the car 365 days, but i left it at home for one day when the door locks were too frozen to get into the car - ahh well, the new target is a (much more) realistic 360 days!
Dave

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually.....
