Finally got round to fitting the Hi-Spec rear brakes and also got the MOT done.

Passed after adjusting a headlight and nipping up one of the front brake pipes which was weeping.

Advisories on front nearside CV gaiter wear, oil leak (again) and handbrake efficiency.

Brake balance is much better now than with just the original oversize Wilwoods. No more nose dive or getting squirrely under heavy braking!!

Wow. The calipers look great against the gold wheels. Are they 2-piston jobbies with an integral parking brake? Is it the Bob Brown kit?

They're the Bob Brown kit, I've had them for ages but only just got round to fitting them. The car now feels much more stable and planted under braking but the handbrake only just made it through the MOT, I did always have trouble with the handbrake with stock brakes as well though.
